Welcome to Sekhem Massage Therapy

Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with Sekhem Massage Therapy and/or Sekhem Wellbeing you are agreeing to out Terms & Conditions;

  • Attend your appointment on time at the correct location.
  • Adhere to the cancellation policy.
  • We will not tolerate abusive or unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment or reduce allocated treatment time without reimbursement if you arrive late for your appointment or your physical condition renders you unsuitable to receive safe and effective treatment e.g., you have a previously undisclosed medical condition or illness, or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
  • Treatment time includes consultation, undressing and 5 mins for post treatment relaxation and dressing.


CANCELLATION POLICY -


If you wish to cancel your appointment you must notify us within 48hrs of your scheduled appointment time. Failure to do so will result in you being charged in full. Clients who repeatedly cancel appointments may be asked to pay for future appointments in advance. In this instance, payment would not be refundable or transferable.

Return and Refund Policy

Gift vouchers and in person treatments and services are delivered as described and may not be refunded. For gift vouchers, you cannot cancel or edit your order once the order has been placed and an order confirmation email received. We will not be held responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors; order quantity, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, we ask that you check your basket thoroughly before completing your transaction.


We aim to deliver exceptional service but we understand that sometimes things go wrong. If you are unhappy with a product or service please tell us first so that we can do our best to put things right. To raise a query, concern or to make a complaint, follow these steps;


  • Notify us of your concern by emailing vanessa@sekhemwellbeing.com within 48hrs of your purchase or treatment
  • Please state clearly the time/date of purchase and briefly outline the problem.
  • Please provide full contact details e.g., name, phone number, email address to enable us to respond appropriately.


We aim to respond to all customer queries, concerns or complaints within 10 working days.
